1 Introduction

Welcome to the Liverpool Fan in Japan Community.

By creating an account and participating in our prediction competitions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before taking part.

The Prediction League is intended to be a fun community competition for Liverpool supporters, where participants predict Liverpool's starting XI, match results, and other eligible prediction categories to compete for monthly prizes.

2 Eligibility

Participation is open to users who:

• Create an account on the Liverpool Fan in Japan website.
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Meet the prize eligibility requirements outlined below.

Liverpool Fan in Japan reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be cheating, creating multiple accounts, manipulating results, or otherwise acting unfairly.

3 Monthly Competition

The Prediction League operates on a monthly leaderboard.

• Points are awarded based on the accuracy of your predictions.
• Leaderboards reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
• Every month is treated as a brand-new competition, giving all participants an equal opportunity to win.
• Previous monthly scores do not carry over.

4 Prize Eligibility

To receive any monthly prize, the winning participant must:

• Finish as the highest-scoring eligible predictor for that month.
• Be an active subscriber of the Liverpool Fan in Japan YouTube channel at the time winners are verified.
• Be signed up to the Liverpool Fan in Japan Newsletter.

If a winner cannot demonstrate that they are a subscriber, Liverpool Fan in Japan reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.

5 Members' Exclusive Prizes

Some prizes are designated as Members' Exclusive Prizes.

To be eligible for these prizes, participants must:

• Be an active YouTube Member of the Liverpool Fan in Japan channel.
• Have become a member before the first day of the month in which the prize is won.

Membership purchased after the competition month has begun will not qualify for that month's Members' Exclusive Prize.

6 Prize Claim Process

Prize winners should:

• Join the Liverpool Fan in Japan Discord community.
• Send a direct message to Si.
• Confirm the prize they wish to receive (where applicable).
• Provide their full shipping name and address.

Additional photographs or information about available prizes can be requested before a selection is made.

Liverpool Fan in Japan reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value if a particular prize is unavailable.

7 Shipping

• Shipping is provided free of charge worldwide.
• Winners are responsible for supplying accurate shipping information.
• Liverpool Fan in Japan is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or local delivery providers.

Liverpool Fan in Japan is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen parcels.
• Incorrect shipping information supplied by the winner.
• Failed deliveries caused by inaccurate addresses.
• Customs charges, import duties, taxes, handling fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country.
• Delays caused by customs or postal services.

Although Liverpool Fan in Japan will make every reasonable effort, on a best endeavours basis, to assist where a shipment is lost or does not arrive, replacement prizes or additional shipments are not guaranteed. Any assistance will be considered individually on a case-by-case basis.

8 Fair Play

Participants must compete fairly.

Liverpool Fan in Japan reserves the right to remove points, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who:

• Create multiple accounts.
• Attempt to manipulate predictions or scoring.
• Exploit bugs or technical issues.
• Use automated software or bots.
• Engage in abusive behaviour towards other users or administrators.

Decisions regarding competition integrity are final.

9 Changes to Rules

Liverpool Fan in Japan reserves the right to:

• Change the scoring system.
• Modify competition rules.
• Introduce or remove prize categories.
• Change prize availability.
• Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Where practical, significant changes will be announced in advance.

10 Limitation of Liability

Liverpool Fan in Japan provides the Prediction League for entertainment purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liverpool Fan in Japan accepts no liability for:

• Website downtime.
• Technical failures.
• Prediction submission errors.
• Data loss.
• Postal delays.
• Customs issues.
• Third-party delivery failures.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.

11 Privacy

Participants may be required to provide personal information, including a shipping address, solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

Shipping information will only be used to dispatch prizes and communicate regarding prize delivery and will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to complete delivery.

13 Acceptance

By participating in the Liverpool Fan in Japan Prediction League, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
